Must see tv.....

As some of you may already be aware , i'm an ardent fan of the hit U.S. show 'Deadliest Catch'. Some of the positions and situations those lads put themselves in for crab / money is downright ridiculous which i suppose makes it so watchable for me. It's my cup of tea i guess.

How about you guys , what's your MUST SEE tv show / doc. at the moment?

P.s. With respect to Elton and his site , Big Brother viewers need NOT reply!!!! :P :P :P

That one of course along with the somewhat tamer but also interesting Ice Road Truckers.

CSI New York & Vegas (can't stomach the Miami version) & NCIS.

Iron Chef America.

Wild life doccos with Sir David Attenborough.
I love them too and The Sky at Night of course, Question Time is worth watching. Can't abide soaps.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

cant abide wild life ones ,everything living must have footage now so its just rehashed clips i expect.theres probably enough raw footage of animals for several hundred years of them no doupt.

i like scrubs ,ufo (70's series with purple hair) ,QI ,NTNN and more boring stuff like the parliament channel and immigration with Rehan to see how were being stitched up so i can keep my moan quota fully topped up. :D

question time is ok but i would kick the teeth out of some of those speakers blatantly going over the same old act of answering a question with another to a speaker who happens to be in opposition to them or telling us black is white if i were in the audience ,entertaining though

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

Picked up one of the seasons for Scientific American Frontiers off of itunes. Pretty interesting innovations.

Next is the Discovery Atlas series.

Slightly OT (it's more radio than tv) I like Science Talk, the podcast from Scientific American, hosted by Steve Mirsky. This can be found on itunes too.

If you search google video (much better than searching just YouTube) you will find whole episodes of Scientific American Frontiers rather than just short clips.
