I will 'benefit' by this new law, insofar as I will save a few quid, but I'm really not happy about it. MOT's have spotted things I've missed in the past. Also, some people will abuse this system and run wrecks around. Fine, whilst they're getting away with it, but it doesn't matter how long a prison sentence they get if you're the relative of someone they've killed.

Exactly what I was trying to say.
