New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Why the gloating Barry? In what way do you think a collapse of the Eurozone would aid our economy?

rats leaving a sinking ship: The equivalent of more than £55 billion was withdrawn and transported out of Spain last month

We are a pair of rats who didn't want to be on a Spanish ship in the first place.

We were hijacked when our Alliance and Leicester "Cash ISAs" were taken over by Santander.

Have followed events in Spain more closely since then , and thought it prudent (before the £55 billion exit took place) to move our ISAs to a British bank.

So our cash is back, fairly close to where it started - the residual "benefit" is that we have retained the shares Santander issued to us in return for our A & L shares. So far, the return has been reasonable so we are letting them ride.

Of course, "The Telegraph" is The Telegraph - telling its readers what the editor thinks they want to hear, but even so, the general drift from all the sources we have is that Spain is not a place in which to entrust any large sum of money.

What is the Cap'n's take on this ?

Na, contary, im sickend that the yes men cosied the uk ever tighter into the e u straight jacket of worthless pointless rules and regulation because they thought they knew what was best, the cap, a case in point, where's our rebate monies gone, the pathetic cfp, they are still fixing that one, after 30 years. It still continues with the latest vote by the Irish, telling them that if the didn't vote yes there's no e u bail out money for them. Twice they had previously voted no, to be offered sweaties to change thier mind. Na, the e u comglomerate, one set of rules for all, moves them to suit, our governments and mep's without a mandate drove us into the euro camp close enough to cause us damage when it goes tit's up or if we voted for a withdrawal from the europeon basket case and we would. Even now it continues with the threat of them imposing a tax on one thing that the u k is very good at, the city. The newest one, where the e u wants us to polish our water at an exorbitant cost, without a care of the cost. Thank goodness we didn't scrap the pound.

The EU and the single currency were doomed to failure at conception.

The only workable options were all in or all out.

All in would have required a full federal government with national parliaments reduced to regional assemblies, open boarders, unified taxation, a single military and police service and a raft of other changes in addition to the creation of a single currency.

All out would have been the simple free trade area of the EEC.

What we got was neither fish nor fowl.

Greece has fallen by the wayside, the money is running from Spain and will soon do the same from Portugal, Ireland and eventually Italy.

I wouldn't be surprised to see conflict rise in the East and here we are perched off the coast running around sticking bandages on left and right from our rapidly emptying box.

We potentially have a great deal to loose but the glimmer is that the money needs a safe haven and that might just kick start British manufacturing.

No. I think you can rest assured that it was sufficiently confusing to avoid causing offence.
