They are a huge risk to farmers cattle and I really get annoyed at the likes of May the queen guitarist with loads of money stopping the cull while farmers who slog 7 days a week for a living get the cattle dying off in front of them and some I can say as I do much pest control on farms are having cattle dropping every week. It makes my blood boil when the likes of him see a striped fluffy animal and not a slow dying cow!

Well if you get your way and there is a cull, why not show Brian May there is no hard feelings and send him a Badger Pie.

I think Mr H has probably succumbed to the myth that badgers are THE problem...odd that we seem to be the only country in the world with badgers as a problem...the rest of Europe isn't! Switzerland managed to eradicate it...by culling cattle...they occasionally get the odd reactor, with the bacterium spread by Man...the same problem Mexico had...Ministry vets are constantly going from farm to farm checking and testing...can't say I've ever seen one wearing 'scrubs' or disinfecting his vehicle though....oh well, as long as farmers and their agents continue the myth and the Govt. does nothing to put them right we'll be back in the dark ages killing all the 'witches' :wallbash:
