I've never blocked anybody...(yet ) ), but from what I can gather, it only blocks that persons post. If it's quoted in someone elses post, you can still see it. So if you really want to pee someone

On the IP.Board 3.4.2 version you cannot see the blocked persons name when they post, on here you can.

 

Unless its there somewhere in the user function, ho ho ho
