Processor in your computer..these days you will have an Intel (celeron,pentium,core2duo etc) or an AMD (Athlon,sempron etc)

Don't worry if it was an old old system you might have had an IBM or Cyrix CPU as well! Lol

Can you access any Microsoft websites Andrew. Just recently one of the office PC's I look after had issues connecting to Microsoft and turned out to be a virus blocking access, any other time ive seen this its also been a virus/spyware etc.
