Surface Carp Fishing - Part 2

Anglers' Net

Recommended Posts

Good article, just one question though, does it need to be a camo carp bait bucket I'm sure I could get the same one without the camo carp price tag :P

I don't think the bucket matters that much Andy, but you might struggle to get one of these, although I bet Phones got one.

My normal surface fishing gear consists of; rod, net, mat & sling, bait bucket, scales, catapult, mini tackle pouch, polarised fishing glasses and a long-peaked carp. That’s it!

:D

Angling is more than just catching fish, if it wasn't it would just be called 'catching'......... John

gozzer,

Silly boy, the only reliable bucket is a 5 - 6 gallon bucket which is also your tackle box and doubles as your seat box. (wouldn't that approximate a 20 L bucket?). The "best" are the ones that once held swimming pool chemicals. They have threaded tops.
