Unable to open Recycle bin.

I cannot get the recycle bin on my desk top to open either by left double click or right click. I can empty it using right click empty recycle bin. I can open it in Safe Mode This has only started the other day.

 

I've ran Eset and Malwarebytes, any idea's?
