Handy that lovely power where one person can decide on the spot if your breaking a law .

You see it quite often on telly a couple of coppers forcing someone violently onto the ground under some broken law ,the nasty lawbreaker then rightly gets upset and swears a tad ,in court the original offence strangely disapears and the chap gets a fine for a public disorder offence which is telling coppers rightly to "f" off sitting on his head twisting his arms up his back

What do you do if a copper arrests you for a public order offence ,cough up £80 or go to court and get fined more ? Even if your innocent you know its your word against an"officers" who still strangely seem to be uncorrupt in the eyesbof courts

 

And yes i do have a problem with one person having more power than someone else

Well, the conviction cannot possibly be sound. Nick, 'QC' has categorically stated "The European Convention on Human Rights IS BRITISH LAW.

 

It is not possible to use one without the other, they are one and the same."

 

As this must be true the poor woman has been done out of her "Human Rights". Article 10 provides the right to freedom of expression.

Bearing in mind the two quotes from above, she was convicted. Having "freedom of speech"... Isn't a blank cheque to say whatever you want whenever you want, it always has to fit within boundaries set out by the laws of the country in which the event occurs.
