Sky mail

Anyone else having trouble with their sky e mail account?

They have changed over to YAHOO{ crap } i can send but cannot receive messages

I use gmail, much more dependable.

Sky uswed thos Greg, but in their stupid wisdom b=decided to move to0 Yahoo, heap of crap.

Using webmail or a client like outlook Andrew ?

 

If its outlook or the likes its possible you need to change the incoming mail server in settings.

I dunno i was just guessing but there should be something on Sky support or something.... is it outlook you use to access sky mail ?

 

I ask because webamil (using your browser) you don't normally have the option to change server details.

if your using outlook or th elikes they say you shouldnt have to change settings but just to be sure:

If your using outlook and have it set to use an imap server I believe they no longer use imap so it needs to be changed over to pop3 apparently.
