Only yesterday someone almost looked at me ,buggers! i bet he went on a foreign holiday once and caught bad manners

If it had happened in france the ferries would already be stopped ,in eastern europe probably mass mayhem ,i took it in me stride though being non foreign

I may get my revenge by not eating freshwater fish for a day

It does not have to be race:

The RRA defines ‘racial grounds’ as being on the grounds of colour, race, nationality or ethnic or national origins. Most people think of race discrimination as being less favourable treatment on the grounds of colour or race. However, discrimination on the grounds of nationality, ethnic or national origins is equally unlawful

In the circumstances under discussion Eastern European is clearly a reference to nationality (albeit a group of nationalities), and therefore it is 'racial grounds'.

I really dont understand why people cant read this and take it in....It could not be any clearer.

No they are not.

Most of the ones that intend to migrate to Britain are already there...Quite legally.

Err...it would be good if you where right CC but I very much doubt it. I reckon they'll bring lots of new problems along with them also, a couple of major ones will be the drain on the benifits sceme and also on the NHS. Blimey things are tough enough as they are for alot of people, god only knows how they're gonna go on in the future !

The key words....."after the transitional controls end "..................

They have been able to enter for some time....They are already in the UK.."The transitional controls" are that they can only work in some sectors, such as agriculture etc...Which they are already doing.

Why would they be a drain on the Benefits system...Do you think they can just turn up and start claiming?

they can only work on a self employed basis ,being self employed means they cannot get the same range of benefits being employed gets ,this ends so this implies there is no cap on the benefits anyone else can hopefully a great number move to aldershot and clog up the surgeries like the nepalese do then people may notice ,they already do ofcourse but are forced to bite their tongue incase purdy picks on them

Its not just us spain had a cap on them until last december and may have extended it? But unemployed romanians in spain will get http://www.euractiv.com/future-eu/spain-obtains-safeguard-romanian-news-506979 the same benefits unemployed spanish do as they will here unfortunately
