If other spaniards get them then so would others its plainly said in my last post ,welfare isnt just money its rent and taxes ,rent for houses rooms or flats and taxes asosiated with them

It may gripe you but its part of being in the union but you probably wont hear it from your government along with the unemployment figures and other bad news thats the problem with state controlled media

,

When the government decide what truth is you tend only to get the governments version

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

Its far easier to curse the darkness than light one candle

Mathew 4:19

Grangers law : anything i say will  turn out the opposite or not happen at all!

Life insurance? you wont enjoy a penny!

"To compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves and abhors, is sinful and tyrannical." Thomas Jefferson

Wrong.

Social security provisions are entirely the provision of individual sovereign states.

We have an entirely different system to the UK.

- that's the most irresponsible statement I believe you've ever made.

Hi Phone...Absolutely no idea why that would be.

boy is this topic off topic, here's some more then, it could be you; http://money.aol.co.uk/2013/03/05/heavy-spanish-tax-fines-may-hit-expats/

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Is this a good point to come back on topic, perhaps? Ken L wrote the quote beneath - I believe it has relevance here.

" I also like to come home to my own culture. English culture, not some homogenised one size fits all mix of everything, English culture ! And it really p***es me off when I see a bunch of wet PC idiots destroying it at every turn.
Does that make me narrow minded ? "

Perhaps the gentleman chose the wrong approach with his racially inflammatory notice, but isn't it just another example of the gradual erosion of our essential Englishness? Whatever the race, creed or culture of immigrant, it's the people of the host nation who are expected to bend whenever there's a culture clash. Surely it's a topsy-turvy way of doing things. I wouldn't expect the same deference to be shown to me as either visitor or ex-pat in another land. Just whose sensibilities are we protecting with our "PC at all costs" attitude.

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."

Rob if there was any truth in what you say then the fishery owner would have been told the eastern europeans are allowed to kill and take all the carp as that is the perception of what is their culture.

That is not the case.

The fishery is allowed to carry on with it's rules not allowing carp to be taken. Indeed the fishery can allow who they want to fish, and impose whatever rules they want, within the law.

All they are not allowed to do is stick up a meaningless sign that is offensive and misguided given that as all generalisations it is not accurate.

This is not a PC at all costs crusade, nor is it an erosion of Englishness. It's not even a clash of cultures, even less so one which us natives are being stung over.

It's an issue of theft.

Identify and prosecute the thieves responsible. It really is as simple as that.

And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music

All,

Just for fun I've read 11 published versions of this story and there extensions .

Essentially a 75 year old great grandfather ask the police to help with catching EE's he "suspected" of ongoing long term fish theft. They didn't help.

Put up his now "famous" sign. It remained up for over 4 months (appearently with police approval).

Do gooder biytched. Police bailed off the guy like rats off a sinking ship.

It is true, he cannot confirm he has lost a single silver to EE's. He can't even REALLY say his livestock has become diminished. He used the all to often used "where there's smoke - there's fire".

Further rationalization for and against by fact and innuendo persist. (Sort of like this thread)

Eating wild caught fish is good for my health, reduces food miles and keeps me fit trying to catch them........it's my choice to do it, not yours to stop me!
