Grayling BOOM

Recommended Posts

Recently , Whilst spinning on the river Tweed

every 2nd or 3rd cast has been a grayling on the end.

I find this strange as i rarely catch them on spinning lures

I have caught them on spinning tackle but usually in autumn / winter

even then very , very few

Anyone got an explanation for this ?

I've only ever caught one Grayling, out of the River Tees at Upper Dinsdale.

A nice 2lb+ in pristine condition
