Great in theory Ed but the tackle trade and angling press are very cosy bed partners! A (the?) major source of the press's income is from advertising. Not good to bite the hand that feeds you.Think about it Ed how many bad tackle reviews have you read in the popular angling press?

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

Well, personally, I rate Elton's site above them Anyway, EFTTA are on the case (see previous threads/postings)

Also, the mags get £££££££££££s of advertising revenue from fishing tackle suppliers, so they're not likely to partake in anything that points a finger, are they?!

Eeeerrrrr, well .... pretty-much OK but from the data I have to-hand, a few ????s about actual wet diameter compared with their claimed diameter  .. and based on actual measured diameter, its measured tenacity isn't as good as certain aforementioned and much cheaper specialist monos Knot-strength leaves a tad to be desired too .... but (k)not bad Hope you're not paying more than 1.5p/metre though
