ok;

whose your ISP? for BT, Sky etc there is a web based version of your email that will have its own separate options which settings for forwarding and suchlike. even if you change your password those settings will remain intact if hey have been fiddled with.

so head to the ISP website and log into your webmail and check the settings over.

Outlook has options to remove mail from the server:

open outlook

open account settings

double click the account

choose more settings

choose advanced tab

bottom of screen is options for "delivery" by defaults its set to remove emails from server after 14 days. 14 days is a hell of a lot of business emails for someone to be getting access to! for my personal emails I have it set to remove emails from the server instantly.

its a helpful setting to use on multiple pc's as well. for instance my home pc (my primary pc) I haver to set to download and remove the emails. the work pc (secondary) is set to leave a copy on the server. so I can read the emails here at work but when I download them at home they are removed from the server.

for screenshots...get to where you want to take the screenshot then press "prt scrn" in the top right hand end of your keyboard. paste screenshot into relevant paint package and then just upload to wherever you use to post pictures here. or drop them into word document and just email me.

Other way of getting screenshots - go to start and type "snip" in the search box, if you have it installed you will get the snipping tool which is quite handy.
