Conditioning carp

Hmmmmm!

So, carp swim around and may find your offerings, or someone elses.

Now if you but a buzzer in with your offerings, and carp begin to associate the buzz with freebies, they may make a beeline to where your baits are.

(If I were to fish for carp, I'd give it a try and keep it a secret)

Leon,

I 100% agree with your link with this execption. The LONGEST I was able to show retention in a natural setting was 4 days which predictably dimminished to 7 days back to stupid. It also took about a week (plus or minus many variables) to train them. BTW I believe - just me - they are naturally conditioned and reinforced to grass carp munching on hydrilla or lilly. Also works with a blinking light however combining the two did not improve results.

In my case I never knew if I had the same carp so my results were not nearly as impressive.

Phone.
