Problems with back button Win 7 ie 10

When I visit some sites, normally from a link on another site the back button stops working. If I press and hold it the recent history is full of one site :- ad-emea.doubleclick.net/adi/N484. Is there any way of stopping this happening

Sounds like you have one malware creeping in.

First up do a full reset of IE.

Tools>Internet options>advanced

Then reset advanced setting

Then restore. Tick all boxes and ok.

Then malwarebytes.org, download, install and run.

Then ccleaner. Download install and run.

Malawarebytes came up clean, ccleaner did what it does and so far the problem seems to have gone away. Fingers crossed
