I don't see how the methods that the councils use to catch you make any difference. If you are not parked illegally then you can't get caught by any method.

Bloody councils have been doing it for years. Secret CCTV and snoopy employee's in unmarked cars.

I once saw a list of them when i was working in the Civic Center. Also NO PARKING signs erected in heavy parking area's, just out of eyesight of parking drivers.

There's an app for that!

 

Not just dumped rubbish but lots of other problems can be reported to the appropriate council department automatically by taking a picture and submitting a report.

And you can monitor progress via the website.

wouldn't want you to be a councillor, totally intransigent to any doubtful situations that I have identified and you ignored what pickles had said where he claimed they are breaking the law they are certainly not using the cctv camera's for the purpose of their original installation. You totally ignored, what I have identified as mitigating circumstances, second thought's you would do well as one of the current parking attendant tax collecting ticket issuers. Here's another one for you to consider, I was getting a skip removed and the lorry had just picked it up and drove off up the road, closely followed by one of your attendant chums attempting to stick a parking ticket on it for collecting the said skip, shame he didn't end up under the wheels of the lorry for his stupidity, sport.
