Weymouth harbour area has very many expensive car parks already along with bl@@din rubbish parking attendants who prey on holiday makers with impunity from 7 am onwards, we have seen these ba@tards sniffing around the charter boats again before 8 am in the morning while the anglers are off loading their gear on the key side prior to parking up for the day. They serve no usefull purpose apart from putting monies into the council coffers, so please, they really don't need any more nearly empty carparks to patrol. If they want to put in more car parking, let the council do it away from the harbour area.

 

Like this bit, not: Not content with shedding the Pavilion and the hugely important Tourist Information Centre, the council now wish to disassociate the area from angling, the largest participation sport in the country. It is estimated that visiting anglers contribute more than £500,000 a year in trade towards local businesses. Compare this to additional car parking revenue of an estimated £45,000 before the costs of demolition and rebuilding and there is a massive shortfall.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..
