be fair big cod, you have never answered my question first, why did blair and brown spend so much of our grand kids money with their private public scams where they claimed they was spending record amounts of money on the nhs.

you first. :rtfm::)

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

The cost of calling government departments has been an absolute disgrace. In particular premium rate numbers are totally indefensible. Plus the waiting time can often be very long, which of course racks up the charges.

These costs are particularly punitive for those who have just mobiles, which includes many of the disabled and others on low incomes. In other words this policy particularly affects those in society that most need help.

My brother is disabled and if he goes over his minutes he has to cut back somewhere else. Last winter he had to decide between eating or heating.

At least the DWP now has 0845 numbers. But even this is expensive on mobiles, especially if you have to wait a long time. The best option for the public would be 0800 numbers that are free on landlines. The phone regulator has proposed that all 0800 numbers should also be free from mobiles.

However that would presumably cost the government money. A cynic would also say that this would mean the government wouldn't put so many people off claiming in the first place. They would point out that the DWP has repeatedly dragged its feet compared with other government departments.

Some time ago I e-mailed Which?, the Consumer Association people, about this. I suspect many others did to as they started a campaign. The pressure from the CA and other organisations seems to be paying off. Over to the government now..........

Tip: Smartphone users can use apps such as 0845 Wizard, 0800 Wizard (BT also have an app) that allows mobile users to avoid charges and use their free minutes.

ps The BT Smartalk app can be used even if your mobile contract is with another provider

Yet another shake up for the A&E services.

A two-tier A&E system in England should be created as part of an overhaul of services, NHS chiefs say.

The review by NHS England suggested the biggest 40 to 70 units - specialising in heart attacks, strokes and trauma - be called major emergency centres.

It would leave the remaining 70 to 100 A&Es - known as emergency centres - to deal with less serious conditions.

It also suggested changes to the way ambulance crews and the new 111 phone service work to "decongest" A&Es.

Greater co-ordination between community services, such as GPs and pharmacists, would also help, it said.

have you tried this

www.saynoto0870.com

It's not only for 0870 numbers, can save quite a bit on landlines

I have always fell back to that link, Some of the replies though can be very abrupt. HOW DID YOU GET THIS NUMBER.

Tough, why should i pay to speak to you when i get free calls from my provider. Deal with it
