Spam!

Recommended Posts

I run a few web pages & have some 'hidden' pages (no visable link) on which I post spam email address's, That way only a 'spam robot' will reach my 'contacts' page and gobble up the email address's of other spam merchants.

Its nice to think of those robots spamming each other 24/7

I also show real contact details as a jpeg in order to keep e'm away.

I still have some Gmail invites, if anybody is interested.

A few comments on Gmail from Chriss, Alan or Cranfield might make up peoples' minds on it's worthiness!

Jim Roper:

That's 3 people accepted yesterday. No response from Newt or Elton yet!

They probably deleted it as SPAM!

It certainly never got through to me, so you may be right!!! LOL

To be honest, I rarely go through my 'BULK'box that BT sort for me these days, as it's just too bloody big. I go to bed late, get up early, and it's still in the region of 1000 emails

all these ways people have of dealing with spam (bouncing them with mailwasher, sending them on to other spammers etc) just add to the massive drain on the WWW caused by spam in the first place and slow down the web for everyone. delete it, ignore it do what you want, but dont pass it on

Any chance of a gmail invite?

I have to give them a name and an Email address for them to invite you.

Send the details to me and it will happen almost immediately.

I shall be logging in again at about 5.00 PM.
