Keyhook?? what is it?

Anyone know what "Keyhook" is?

 

Microsoft ASW has put a bright red scary blob next to it. I was checking the running processes part of MASW. Scary red blob next to "WINDOWSsystem32keyhook.exe"

 

Any ideas please? I've checked out google but can't get Yes it's bad or No it's not!

Some websites say its a trojan/keylogger:

while another one says it's something to do with the Acer Multimedia keyboard.

 

So...virus scan, spybot and adaware scan, and make sure you have a firewall - if the program asks for internet access, dont allow it.
