Trojan horse downloader

every time i run avg it comes up with virus detected, it say i have:

 

tojan horse downloader.istbar.bl

tojan horse downloader.istbar.bk

tojan horse downloader.istbar.bj

tojan horse downloader.istbar.bf

 

i dont know where these came from bus have my sister under suspicion.

 

every time i run avg it detcets them and i delete them, why do they keep returning and how can i get rid of them for good.

 

they are all in my temp folder and temp internet folders if this helps.

In IE, Tools> Internet Options> Delete Cookies, Delete (Temp) Files, Delete History.

 

If you're running XP or ME, you may have to disable System Restore, reboot, do the above, reboot, and then re-enable System Restore.
