Major Keyboard issues I think!

I have a Easynote notebook only 6 months old so it will be under warranty but I do nbot want to bother with that unless I need to

Anyway computer boots up fine, mouse works fine, but as soon as keyboard is pressed the computer just hangs (and does not unhang!). I cannot access BIOS or set up as it won't let me, I cannot access safemode when suggested because it won't let me do that either.

 

Any suggestions, is it just broken?

Assuming you have a clean boot up, and your keyboard is connected properly ... you can reasonably assume that it's K***ckered !!!

 

Return it as "unfit for purpose ..."

Does it have a std keyboard socket as well?

If so plug in a std keyboard & see what comes up.
