Bite me......I think i got a virus

This started about 2 days ago but now occasionally when im using internet explorer and i got to close it, or delete a url or click on file or favorites or any of the other drop down menues i hear a little audiable voice saying "bite me"

 

how do i make thius stop other than turning off my speakers?
