Lidl catch bags

Following reports that Lidls were selling lots of cheapy fishing bits i ventured down to my local store last week and picked up a catch bag. Designed for small boats to hang over the side the bags are only £1.50.

Can be adapted with a karibiner (?) to clip onto the side of the yak. Tried one out yesterday with the mackeral I caught. A full bag over the side also slows down your drift. My friend didnt have a catch bag and was drifting much faster then me.. amazing how just a small 2-3 foot bag can slow things down.

When paddling best to lift the bag into the yak otherwise the fish bag starts waterskiing by the side of the yak + paddling is slower.

uumm might pop down there now and pick another up before they sell out.
