That's rather a sweeping assumption that anyone using a P2P network is going to be downloading copyrighted material.

also if you have burner then you can get took to court for intent to supply counterfiet goods.

Perhaps you're not aware that it is perfectly legal to make backup copies of any digital media for your own use the same way you would make a tape recording of a vinyl LP you can make a duplicate copy of a CD or DVD. It becomes illegal if you then try & supply that material to a third party without a distribution license, be it one copy or one thousand copies.
