For some reason i cannot download any apps. ?

 

Any help would be appreciated. Had a go at downloading Real Player and a free Anti virus , nothing, failure to convect to some server ?

 

PSI have three devices that will not connect to WiFi. Fone, Tablet and my smart TV,mmmmmm the fault of Sky maybe. ???

Have you attempted to connect to your wireless router and entered the password for it. Until you do that you can't access the internet

? eh router has not been disconnected.

 

It was not the internet connection but the WiFi connection. I had a look see on the net to see why it would not connect to WiFi.

Apparently Sky WiFi has had problems today

Dont know how to explain it.

Router on, can connect to the net via the router, but via wifi i cannot, router has the smillie dodah on it all lit up ?

Either the wifi on the router is buggered or it's reset the wifi password, which I've seen happen before.

First thing to do us log into your router and check the password for the wifi that's configured.

PM. Me if you need help doing that. You don't really want to be posting ip addresses and router passwords on a public forum
