Title: Through the open door

Date: 03/12/2005

Camera Used: FujiFilm S5500

Photographer: Nick Noble

I just liked the effect of this picture taken through a closed door, with me reflected in the glass, Jill coming in through the open door, and a couple walking away, all seem to be in more or less the same space, and it is not clear who is closest to or furthest away from the camera.

Title: Giving a human scale

Date: 03/12/2005

Camera Used: FujiFilm S5500

Photographer: Nick Noble

I thought that this quite nicely gave an idea of the scale of man in the environment, with the tiny silhouette of the person, next to the somewhat larger building, which is much smaller than the nearby trees, whilst the mountain dominates all.

So is it people or person? I dont want to be disqualified on a technicallity!!

Dan, it has to be either. Since Steve R. is handling this, and he suggested I submit the picture of "A Potter" that would answer your question. :)

You're already disqualified (me too now probably)any discussion should be on the other thread.

Just read learn and inwardly digest the very first paragraph of this thread.
