A lot of Comma's around in this warm weather (I've taken a few pics of them myself the last couple of days), also Brimstones, Peacocks, Small Tortoiseshells and Red Admirals - all hibernators which come out on warm days.

Seen more butterflies this year so far than I think I did for most of last year

We hired a houseboat a few years back on that particular part of the broads, fishing was very slow, but top scenery and top prices in the local boozer.

We hired a houseboat a few years back there. Fishing was terrible, but the scenery was top stuff, the prices were also top ££££ in the local boozer. Food was a bit crap also.

 

Our two neighbours we fed on accationally. Houseboat was a dump.

Seen more butterflies this year so far than I think I did for most of last year

We chartered a houseboat from Stalham and had such an interesting trip we are going again this year.

 

Saw a number of Swallowtail butterflies out over the reedbeds, too far away for a photo, but did come across a swallowtail caterpillar
