A couple of blue tigers (tirumala mamata) Literally thousands upon thousands are emerging in the National Park behind my place. It is an amazing sight to walk through and watch clouds of these beautiful butterflies rise from under the leaves of the trres.

Ayjay, what is that moth? It's beautiful!

To the best of my knowledge Janet, it's a *Light Emerald*, (Campaea margaritata), but I'm ready to be wrong.

...........and speaking of Emeralds, here's an Emerald Damselfly (40mm maximum length, wingspan 50mm)

Mate, they are even more abundant now. This photo is of an area approximately 35 x25 cm (14 x 10 inches)

Just for fun! Seen in a model railway display cabinet at the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.

Train sets were never like this when I were a nipper!

Gavin Maxwell of the otter fame hailed from this area and this was his favoured "chilling out spot". On the horizon you can see the Isle of Man.
