This was Coniston Water on Good Friday, looking north and west (weather nice, fishing rubbish). It is 3 photos stitched together - spot the joints.......

I was up in the Lake district the other week, & whilst the weather wasn't great it did allow me to try some dramatic shots.

Rainbow Lorikeets in next doors apple tree. The stick you see has a shiny pan lid hanging on it to scare the birds away. you can see how well it isn't working.

Good photo, Clifftop.

Was surfing the 'net' and heard a noise just outside the window. Result, one kookaburra landed on the tailgate of the 4wd. The softness of the photo was because it was taken through the fly wire.
