Well, sort of! It's a pseudo HDR done with just one jpeg, using Photomatix Pro.

I thought it looked like it had a hint of the HDR, but the effect was kept nice and subtle rather than over blown as (imo) you see all too often with HDR work, very nice photo. I use photomatix pro myself for HDRs usually in conjunction with lightroom.
