psp7 (a pucker version :o ) and i have another "suite" (thanks far of member ;) ) but i use psp in the main because i always have and can find my way around it without constant referrals to the help files of more expensive ones :D

i still use a pre release copy of lotus smartsuite97 for text etc i dont need anything newer for day to day stuff although i have office installed (what you again ;) ) i use the other suites when i cant accomplish what i want on the cheap ones B)

Just 'aquired' Photoshop CS V.8 with a thing called a 'crack'?

Hope it's not broken. ;)

Anyhow gonna see if I can get me head round it when I'm in a creative mood. :D

I don't do much with mine bar cropping and re-sizing, and maybe manipulate the light a bit, I use Picasa for that.

Is there a big difference in using something that actually costs money like Photoshop?

Yes there can be, but it is a bit of a learning curve. But once a basic understanding is grasped the only limitation is then your own mind.

I'm trying to find out about educational copies of Photoshop that are apparently incredibly cheap. If anyone would be interested in this please pm me, and I'll see what I can do. The information about this used to be on the adobe site but after two hours looking around and getting distracted earlier today, I couldn't find it. So I'll have another look over the weekend.
