2nd 50lber from Wingham in less than 48 hours!

Wingham Carp Lake has produced its 2nd 50lber in less than 48 hours. It was a mirror of 53-02 and fell to the rod of Andy Sopp, and follows the 50-11 common caught on Thursday.

Two 50lb+ fish from a relatively small water is amazing, in the context of the record fish of Walker and Yates. Thirty years ago, you would have had to spend this weekend erecting barbed wire fences around Wingham to keep the anglers out!
