FB, I have seen him in action on his new program "Jamie at Home". He was a competitor on a show called "Iron Chef America" and did quite well. He seems a very down to earth guy. (Thanks for the translation on "Mockney").

Hes a good lad Jan,

I like his down to earth approach to food,

When He started out as a very young TV chef over here It was his passion for what he did rather than his ability that got him noticed, He opend a retaraunt in london Called 15, where he took 15 young long term unimployed kids and gave them start as trainie chefs. The man had the patiance of a saint as it was apparant that the kids where long term unemployed for a reason, but he stuck with them and the restauraunt now takes on a new swave of recruits every year. and has a waiting list for bookings.

I reached the point where I either had to wrap two long hairs around and around and around to look like I had hair or get a buzz cut. I'm buzzed these days and depend on a baseball cap to keep my poor pate warm or cool, depending on the season. :D

"and it is all game type food but very nice none the less"

None the less!!! :o

Wild game has character and I'll take it any day over the bland stuff we raise for food.

OTOH, I have found that view is not shared by everyone for some strange reason.
