last time i was weighed was on the weigh bridge at work lol

it does increments of 20kgs - i was 60kgs :)

don't know what that is in old money :(

23 stone but not for long !

Someone once said to me "Dont worry It could be worse." So I didn't, and It was!

13st 12lbs before xmas. Unusually, I've only put on 2lb this xmas, it's normally nearer 7-10lb., but I have been trying quite hard to keep it down a bit this year.

 

Perversely, my wife has been told by the Doc that she needs to put on some weight, she has now put on a massive 4 ounces over xmas to tip the scales at a whopping 8st 4lb. Just about the same as she was all those years ago when I married her.
