Smart Parking

Various local authorities have already tried taxing parking permits on the basis of CO2 emissions - which is idiotic, that's none of their business. It's also counter-productive, in that while it encourages people to buy diesels which while better for CO2 emissions are worse for oxides of nitrogen and particulates, key concerns for urban air quality.

Taxes on emissions germane to local air quality are easier to justify, but are likely to be highly regressive (because newer cars are so much cleaner in that respect than older ones). Sometimes you can get around that with the "let them get the bus" argument.

Come on down Barry

can't stand TFL all they are a money making machine, they don't care about standing traffic, they love to create obstacles and clutter to hold the traffic up. nearly all road junctions have bloody traffic lights that phase pedestrians even if they are non existent, major roads have two lots of empty bus lanes, loads of straight arterial routes going the same place, could be made into one way streets, instead on average it can take two hours to cross the capital. Boris lied to gain his office by saying he will open up the third lane of the blackwall tunnel belching smog pinch point, closed it permanent, even worse now. Instead he gave us reliant on taking vehicles a bl@@dy cable car. ohhh I get soo cross. don't mention the parking attendants, at the mo I'm at a place where I get half an hour free, yippie, than I have to move and feed a meter for two hours only, then I have to move again to park half a mile away. Yup tfl and the councils certainly set the motorists up, that's for sure.

ohh what have we had in the last two days, yup a tube strike, so the roads where even crappier, roll on driverless trains and no kin ticket offices and no kin staff to take the 'p' and 'p' off the general public trying to earn a crust.

that's the reality, then you get someone with a so called brain making money out of a bigger engine vehicle by calling it smart, load of cods, another tax, where it won't solve a problem, just like the poxy conjestion charge tax. They haven't got a clue.

remember the last admin, when the doubled, trebled the road fund licence(TAX) bigger the engine bigger the TAX. Yup so even the modest modeo, ended up paying more than treble and for what?

The ok for you Andrew?

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..
