Electric Blue

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I have been in touch with Rob Thompson again about a weekends Bass fishing on Electric Blue probably in August.

The cost is £300 a day and as he uses live bait he restricts the number of anglers to 6.

Now that makes it a bit expensive at £50 pp a day.

If anyone is still interested let me know. If there is enough interest I will fish both days but it could be possible for interested parties to fish just the one day.

For those that missed it the boat is based in Lymington Hants.

£100 quid is a lot of money for 2 days fishing so think about it hard :D

I'll be up for fishing both days but need to get dates fixed fairly quickly to fit around holidays etc.

How does the 21 & 22 Aug sound to you? these are the best tides, I have asked him to pencil us in for those dates.

Cheers

21st and 22nd August is good for me thanks if places still available.

John.

You'r on mate, don't worry if the boat is not full (6) as Rob has quite a few people that would jump at the chance of the trip, especially with the big tides :D

I will take care of the deposit so he can make it a firm booking :D

Got that buzzing feeling that I get when I am heading up to Davey Holts :D:)

Cheers Alan.

Have pencilled in Aug 21/22. That's BOTH days. Me definitely, plus Norma(both days)if there is loo aboard and t'others don't object to lady anglers.

Off to Texas tomorrow for different types of bass entirely. Will let you have share of deposit on my return in March (unless you reply PDQ so I can get a cheque in the post tonight).

Have just checked Rob's site - fabulous boat, looking forward to it. - and Norma has said "Don't fuss, all I need is a bucket and a bit of privacy!"
