Maggots in boilie mixes?

Just a passing thought today- Do you think it would be possible to freeze up a pint or so of maggots, when they are frozen could they be crushed into little bits and put in a boilie mix? If so do you think this could work well? Josh

You could do a rough blend on them and mix them in, I do that with fresh strawberries when when I'm making fuit bolies.

Better still liquidise them. Not sure of the point though, I'd either use dead maggots loose fed (catapult or spod) or live ones.

I dont think it would be much cop mate as I dont think its the flavour/smell of the maggots that the Carp find attractive.Also admittedly that dead maggots can work well as a particle I still prefer live ones on the hook/hair and where the bottom allows it prefer live as the free offering to.I think the movement really is the attractor.
