Looks like the Nylon will be under £10 to buy then the other bits and bobs.Probably cost you under £30 for a decent sail.

Looks like my Co2 Bottle Jet propelled Kayak will have to be put on hold for a few weeks

now I was thinking if I put on two trolleys and connect some steering device .................

clear pvc lightweight £2.98 + VAT......tent fabric

for the mast I thought alloy tubing

just found a couple of brilliant masts-------they came from my old beach tripod theyv'e even got an eye out of plastic on the end

Will have to dig it out tomorrow and have a look

Or even my old Beach Buddy.It would also come in handy if it rained whilst out Fishing.

Well my sail is off to a flyer,

 

Got the required material from the market in Stafford - £3,50, Two grp 16mm poles from the local fishing shop - (used for landing net handles) cost 4.50 each - took it down to the local tent repair place - £7.50 to sew it up and it should be ready by the weekend so a sailing we shall go. Just going to pick up the T pieces and cords in the morning.
