Knotty problem

I've been looking for knots to attach backing to reel, backing to fly line, leader to fly line.

I've looked at previous threads and there is some useful links. Unfortunately the links have expired and i can't access them.

Could those who know re-post them so I can acces them.

I'm thinking of the ones most commonly mentioned, nail knot, needle knot and the albright knot, and any others that you thnk would prove useful. Many thanks.

Please remember when you are tying mono full and half blood knots do use some floatant on the knot as you pull it up, otherwise pulling an unlubricated knot together will create friction which will destroy the molecular structure of the monofill, and the first fish you get, your precious tippet material will go PING, no fish, how sad, tough, will remember to lubricate knot next time.

Hi. Yep still here and alive, Just had two weeks gently roasting in Corfu.

Followed both your links and a few others from googling. Printed off a few pages and happy to report that backing line safely secured to reel and fly line. Cheers guys.
