How do you get the exif data such as this

First go to here http://www.opanda.com/en/iexif/download.htm and download then install Opandas iexif viewer.

 

Second, you need to choose the correct options when saving your file, saving for web or email will strip an image file of as much info as possible to reduce filesize, exif info is the first thing to go so its lost.. Usually with many image editing softwares using the "save as" command instead of save or save for web will keep exif info intact along with your image. Or there might be another option somewhere in your software that will facilitate that saving of exif info along with your resized or edited image.

Having used Photoshop 7 before, you do need to use the save as command, and your exif will be preserved along with your image..:)
