Help with my pole

I have just got two patrs of my pole jamed

 

I had this problem with Liams, I even had budgie trying to get them apart I never did get it apart but it was a very old glass fibre one.

 

 

One thing that was suggested was to hold each section with a slice of bread. It was amazing how much grip you got doing this.

Put some boiling water on the sections and tap the pole gently and it should free it.

 

I have done that my self before now.

Dont put any liquid on the thing because it will stick more think the word im looking for is cappilery reaction :S just get some one to hold it either side of the join and tap around it with a hammer shaft {dont be afraid to give it some either lol}worked on god knows how many stuck sections when i worked in the tackle shop
