When saving files as a PDF in OpenOffice, can you lock them so that they can not be edited by a third party?

It's on the openoffice 'to do' list.

For now PDFfactory and other .pdf 'print' routines can lock them but as pointed out there are many unlocking .pdf'er programs available as well.
