Ctrl+F5 clears the cache for the website your currently browsing. the cache is a folder on your computer that your browser downloads certain information to like images or pages so that the computer and the server doesnt have to download all the time and loads it faster from the cache to your browser.

 

sometimes the browser wont clear the cache when its meant to and you get old information still visible even though its been changed on the server.

 

I thought it was a long shot with the cache really.

so the idea of a re set wasn't so far fetched then. Got to be software clash somewhere, what else can it be.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Thanks for all your help lads, it was turned off in "my preferences". Who the hell did that I will never know :) My PC seems to have a mind of its own these days.
