It could just be a simple cache issue.

 

 

Why, does that cause a problem? When mine has a hissy fit I find it normally sorts it, i'll give yours a go as well.

Are you sure your not using the mobile version on your pc (box down the bottom of the page lets you choose) or that you havnt turned signatures off in your settings.

On my pc the signatures are visible if i use the desktop version but on the mobile version they are not visible unless i switch to the desktop version my playbook hates (this site only has this problem)

because we are talking about the content being served up on a browser. Its not a software problem that a reset will fix although it will most likely fix it as the browser will probably need to recache the info which ctrl+f5 will do anyway.

 

Its a big step to take thats isnt needed.

Who said that?
You can use the option of not seeing the rubbish at the bottom of every post in your setup,in the mobile version its the norm
In some its so bad the sig in some is a 100 times longer than the post itself
Perhaps i am alone in not caring who owns ,does ,reads or writes in others?
If i listed every intrepid i owned not only would no-one give a crap the server would fill up pretty quick ,perhaps some members need reassuring they have some importance in life?
Not picking on anyone i cant even see mine in desktop or mobile version as its switched off

Anyway Den what can you add to your
"casting god" signature that would make it better?


on pc click your username up the top right corner go to

My settings > Ignore preferences > "Ignore all signatures when reading topics and personal messages" - make sure its unchecked.

Ctrl+F5 clears the cache for the website your currently browsing. the cache is a folder on your computer that your browser downloads certain information to like images or pages so that the computer and the server doesnt have to download all the time and loads it faster from the cache to your browser.

 

sometimes the browser wont clear the cache when its meant to and you get old information still visible even though its been changed on the server.

 

I thought it was a long shot with the cache really.
