UEFA have just released a statement to say that Liverpool's Champions League qualifier will be switched to a neutral venue because the safety of the fans cannot be guaranteed.

 

There is a strong risk of shootings, kidnappings and rioting.

 

The away leg will not be affected and will go ahead in Tel Aviv.
