facts, probably:

http://www.standard.co.uk/news/transport/london-tube-strike-millions-face-disruption-in-latest-walkout-over-driver-who-failed-breath-test-10036316.html

point worth considering:

Nigel Holness, London Underground operations manager for the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines, said: “You wouldn’t let someone who had been drinking alcohol drive your family in a car and we don’t let people who have been drinking alcohol drive other peoples’ families in Tube trains.”

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Drivers both train and coach, are chosen at random for spot checks for alcohol consumption and drug use by train and bus companies. All done by a qualified phlebotomist.

A blood test and on the spot results? That would imply theres an equal number of drivers and testers?

Never understand why drivers are paid so much ,the guard tells them to go and all they need to do is stop at the right place

What a nice man. Steve Hedley, the Assistant General Secretary to the RMT.

His reply to a question

Steve Hedley, the Assistant General Secretary to the RMT, refused to confirm to Ferrari whether a tube driver had failed a drink driving test and instead launched into what Ferarri called a "vile and offensive" rant.

"You need some form of media training" said the stunned radio presenter, after Hedley interrupted questions and asked repeatedly: "Have you stopped beating your wife?"

“Two very good Rmt branch meetings tonight. 1 jubilee south branch want to name strike dates for the job losses dispute. 2 Fleet branch reject job losses and want strike dates. I love the RMT membership.”

I listened to the aftermath of that with the leftie james Obrien, even he was stating that the union where wrong in this instance, even to the extent of having two experts dissing the diabetes argument as rubbish. Even to the extent of two guys who are diabetic rubbishing that pig ignorant union reps argument as well.

If you are breathalyzed you can challenge the results of the machine. This is why the Police use two different machines.

If there is doubt as to the accuracy of the machine used it can be easily resolved.

You need three people, 1 drunk, 1 sober and 1 with a condition that could affect readings.

If there are conditions which can affect the reading why has the union not tested the driver for these conditions?
