Dave - it would be a great item to add to my meals but Marmite is so darned expensive here that I only use the stuff to flavor carp baits.

Ive heard it all now, just on the radio here the other day, they were advertisng folic acid pills, for woman to take if they are thinking of having a baby, and while pregnant.

 

I know newts not thinking of having one, lol, not yet anyway. but who knows newt lol.

My misses was given folic acid when she wanted to fall pregnant.

 

She was also given something else LOL
